Braxton Celebrates 5 Years

Good Afternoon –

It’s hard to believe that on this day 5 years ago we opened our doors to our first customers. March 27th, 2015 was an incredible day that I’ll never forget. Together, we unveiled the mural that’s still behind our bar, and poured our first 4 core beers – Storm, Crank Shaft, Twisted Bit, Blown Gasket, and Dead Blow. The community came out in a big way to support us as we embarked on this crazy journey.

Over the years we’ve had the pleasure of creating beers for you, for us, and for people across multiple states. We’ve thrown parties large and small, and gotten to know the people of Covington and beyond in a way that we never could have dreamed of in the beginning. Our time here so far has proved to be nothing short of incredible. We’ve been able to grow a fan base that truly is invested in what we’re doing as a company.

While the past couple of weeks have been tough, we’re doing everything we can to work through it. Who would have thought our taprooms would be closed on our anniversary! We’re grateful for all the support you’ve shown us over this period of time, especially for our bar staff. We’ve loved seeing our fans pick up products online, and we appreciate your patience as we work to keep items stocked. We’ve added a few new items on the store like $5 Braxton Labs crowlers, including a fan favorite – POG Gose! You can shop to go beer and VIVE here!

It’s been 5 years and many beers since we first opened the doors in Covington, and our anniversary looks a bit different than I envisioned. But rest assured, I truly look forward to the time we can have a beer at Braxton again. When that day comes, just like everything we do here at Braxton, it’s going to be big.

Thank you, and as always, Lift One to Life!
